Classes

There is a mixture of classes listed below, ranging from online only, hybrid and in person only.

Live streaming is done through Zoom so either book via MoveGB or email directly and you will receive the link that will take you straight to the class.

Booking in advance for in studio classes is required, as these have a maximum number of spaces. Max numbers is detailed below at each class.

Please bring your own mat and practice good social distancing etiquette. Please do not come to class if you are feeling unwell.

Classes can be booked on MoveGB or by Drop In payment via paypal.


Class Cards

Class cards allow people to get a block booking discount and can be used on any classes run directly by Jude.

Cards :
1 class – £8
5 class – £35 (expires in 1 calendar month from purchase)
10 class – £65 (expires in 2 calendar months from purchase)

The following classes are exempt from class cards:
Tuesday – Beginners Ballet – 6pm
Sunday – Energising Flow – 10am


Tuesday

Ballet Beginners (General) – 6pm (75 mins) – Hybrid Class – 3rd Stage & Zoom

A ballet class for beginners and general students.

Maximum in person class size: 12

This class is run by 3rd Stage Dance Company, at The Big Act, 157 Kingsland Road, Bristol BS2 0QW.

Bookings for this class have to be done via 3rd stage, and my “class card” unfortunately cannot be used for this class.

Wednesday

Power Yoga Flow – 7.45am (1 hr) – Online (Zoom)

A dynamic power Vinyasa class, that focuses on strong flows and core exercises. More emphasis on breath to create head from within and in turn deepen your practice. There is plenty of opportunity to adapt and adjust to suit your own physical and mental needs.

Core and Booty Burn – 12pm (45 mins) Online (Zoom)

Starting with a gently cardio warm up to get the heart rate elevated and then straight into a dynamic range of exercises focusing on functional core strength, glute and leg tone and definition. Finishing with a little stretch. guaranteed to feel the burn.

Power Yoga Flow – 6.45pm (1 hr) – LIVE Class – Space 238

Maximum class size: 8 (note: this class is not available online)

A dynamic power Vinyasa class, that focuses on strong flows and core exercises. More emphasis on breath to create head from within and in turn deepen your practice. There is plenty of opportunity to adapt and adjust to suit your own physical and mental needs.

Power Yoga Flow – 9am (75 mins) – Hybrid Class – Space 238 & Zoom

Maximum in person class size: 8

A dynamic power Vinyasa class, that focuses on strong flows and core exercises. More emphasis on breath to create heat from within and in turn deepen your practice. There is plenty of opportunity to adapt and adjust to suit your own physical and mental needs.

Sunday

Energising Flow – 10am (75 mins) – Hybrid Class – Wild Wolf’s Yoga & Zoom

A creative vinyasa flow to awaken the body exploring expansion movements as well as core strengthening.

Maximum in person class size: 6

This class is provided by Wild Wolf’s Yoga – and bookings can be made from their site or from their Move GB account. My “class card” unfortunately cannot be used for this class.

Power Yoga Flow – 5.30pm (1 hr) – Hybrid Class – Yoga on the square & Zoom

A dynamic power Vinyasa class, that focuses on strong flows and core exercises. More emphasis on breath to create head from within and in turn deepen your practice. There is plenty of opportunity to adapt and adjust to suit your own physical and mental needs.

Maximum in person class size: 7

Deep Stretch – 6.45pm (1 hr) – Hybrid Class – Yoga on the square & Zoom

A slightly more dynamic variation on a Yin practice.

Focusing on increasing mobility and range of motion in the hips, shoulders and back as well as lengthening hamstrings. Suitable for all levels including athletes and those recovering from injury.

Maximum in person class size: 7

NOTE: This class can only be booked in person if you are also attending the previous Power Yoga class. This is unfortunately due to covid restrictions and turn over time. However, the class is bookable by anyone online.
