A class combining Ballet inspired exercises mixed with Pilates, yoga and core conditioning. Designed to work the whole body using low impact exercises with modifications for all levels to help build strength and muscle tone. Jude is a big fan of core work but you can always always take a break at any point if you need to…no pressure!

A mixed level handstand class for those looking to build the confidence and technique to find balance on their hands.
The class will help build strength, stamina and form in a relaxed and fun way to take away the fear of being upside down…and if you’re already happy upside down, hopefully we can build on your skills together.

A strong Vinyasa class combining movement and breath. Classes are fast paced with an emphasis on finding fluidity and softness among the power in a playful, safe space. There are always options to modify and adapt to suit your own level…rounding off with a sweet sweet relaxation
