Jude found yoga 13 years ago towards the end of her dance training in London. It became a way of restoring her body and preventing injury where possible whilst embracing quite a taxing lifestyle. Yoga also enabled Jude to move her body in a safe non judgemental forum, a world away from dance.

After completing her teacher training 5 years ago, this idea of non judgement and letting go became pivotal to Jude’s classes. Encouraging students to have fun, embrace all the wobbles and find their own intuitive connection with the physical body. Her classes are strong yet playful, incorporating a dance flow and often finishing with juicy relaxation.

Now an international circus artist, Jude will be leading handstand and inversion workshops during the retreat alongside optional movement and stretch classes.
