Jude found yoga 13 years ago towards the end of her dance training in London. It became a way of restoring her body and preventing injury where possible whilst embracing quite a taxing lifestyle. Yoga also enabled Jude to move her body in a safe non judgemental forum, a world away from dance.

After completing her teacher training 5 years ago, this idea of non judgement and letting go became pivotal to Jude’s classes. Encouraging students to have fun, embrace all the wobbles and find their own intuitive┬áconnection with the physical body. Her classes are strong yet playful, incorporating a dance flow and often finishing with juicy relaxation.

Now an international circus artist, Jude will be leading handstand and inversion workshops during the retreat alongside optional movement and stretch classes.
