7-8:15 : YOGA

8:30-10 : BREAKFAST

10:15-12:15: WORKSHOP

12:30-2: LUNCH

2-4: CHILL/DOWNTIME/WALK/POOL/READ

4-5:30: YOGA/QUIGONG

6-8: DINNER

8-10: LATE NIGHT SESSION

Late Night Sessions

We will arrange some extra evening sessions that may include extra yoga, circus skills, watching a film, deep stretch, salsa.
