Holly has practiced yoga regularly for more than a decade and it has become a great passion. Yoga has helped with many aspects of her life, from injury rehabilitation and relieving chronic back pain, to finding strength, ease and contentment both mentally and physically. Holly completed a 200 hr Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training in India in early 2018 and has been teaching her own ‘Stretch & Flow’ classes in Bristol for the past 18 months – a dynamic vinyasa flow which focuses on strength, stability and breath awareness. More recently her practice has started to slow down in a response to modern society’s fast paced lifestyle. She completed a 50 hr Yin Yoga and Myofascia teacher training in April 2019 and continues to learn about these incredible practices and incorporate them into her teaching. Holly aims to create a challenging yet light hearted class, leaving the body feeling energised and the mind relaxed. She relishes the opportunity to share the many benefits of yoga with her students.
